A Week of Reasons to be Cheerful #R2BC

Hey friends. I hope you're well today. I'm feeling a bit peaky, I think I've been hitting the exercise a big hard for someone who is quite new at it! lol

I've generally had another good week and have many reasons to be grateful and cheerful. I'm going to do one of my posts where I name something good in every day.

Thursday - Not at all good for my weight loss but we had a lovely pastoral night with waffle and prayers.

Friday - I took my girls swimming in the evening and we had a fun time together.

Saturday - All the family headed out for a walk at the Seven Sisters Country Park and then we enjoyed a Toby carvery after.

A moment of harmony!
Sunday - I went to an interesting and though provoking session at a conference at our home, called 'Know thyself, grow thyself'. I'm still processing it now.

Monday - I met up with a fab lady for a walk and she is just the best at helping me to sort my thoughts, process and grow. I lost treated myself to some roses for 75p at Tesco.

Tuesday - For Christmas I treated my husband and I to a day spa at the local Bannatynes. We had a great massage, some relaxation, jacuzzi, steam, swim and then headed off for a fabulous lunch. I'll definitely go back there again.

Wednesday - I was pleased to have a tough workout at the gym and a swim, but what made my day was this little fella being really affectionate.

So there you go, all sorts making me cheerful and nothing too expensive or glamorous!

I'm linking this post up with Becky at Lakes Single Mum for Reasons to be Cheerful, which is with her for all of January and then back here with me for February.
