We don't have the biggest lounge and we're quite restricted on where our TV can go due to a large fireplace, door and double aspect windows, so there is no easy solution by buying a complementary chair.
Thankfully the answer has come in the form of am ICON large faux fur beanbag; big enough and comfy enough to seat even the biggest adult. The beanbag is 70cm height, 84cm width and 84cm depth. The super soft faux fur feels gorgeous to the touch and I think it looks very luxurious. The outer fur fabric is a modacrylic, acrylic, polyester mix and the base is 100% polyester. Of course it meets all the relevant fire safety standards.
The inner is filled with EPS polystyrene balls and I was pleased to see that by opening the outer zip, you're not going to send balls everywhere, there is an inner zip too before you access them and this is fabulous child proofing. Talking of kids, due to the nature or the faux fur fabric it does warn there can be some shedding, but we've had it a week now and been using it every day and I've not seen any evidence of that.
There is also a note on it that you need to be aware of potential colour transfer to light fabrics, but again we've not seen any evidence of this. This beanbag retails for £89.99 and we got it in mink colour, this is darker than I expected. On the website I think it looks a rich beige colour, where in reality it is a darker fur closer to the base and a lighter brown on the outer tips and this gives the illusion of it looking like natural fur, as it changes colour with the light and as you move the fur in differing directions. It is also available in arctic wold, which is a sleek grey colour.
I love that as you sit into the beanbag it envelopes you perfectly. It has FreeFlow technology to allow the beads inside to move freely and its as if the beanbag hugs you. With a little bit of shifting around you can get the beanbag into the shape you like best and that is most supportive for you. The kids seem to like it flat so they can fully lie back and relax on it, whilst I like it more like a chair for sitting up with support for my lower back.
I can imagine this beanbag is very warm for the winter months as the fur is rich and luxurious, I also see that the beads inside have insulating properties. We have carpets, so its not a concern to us but the beanbag has a faux suede base to prevent it slipping on wooden and laminate floors, which is great.

My beanbag arrived ready filled, via courier and I received good confirmation of when and how it would be delivered by DPD. Delivery is normally next day if you place your order by 12 noon Mon - Thurs or 11am on Friday, it will arrive the next day with you. It was reassuring to see that Bean Bag Bazaar have over 5000 reviews on Trust Pilot and 97% of those reviews are either excellent or great.
