We spend around a third of our lives sleeping and it's important to have a good end-of-day routine to set you up well for the next day.
I adore the look of this candle as it is very streamlined and I think stands out from the masses on the High Street. The wooden lid is a particularly nice touch. The candle is a blend of Ylang Ylang, Lavender, Geranium & Sweet Orange essential oils, which have been shown to reduce stress hormones and lower blood pressure. As you'd imagine, it smells divine too.
The vegan soy wax is 100% natural for a clean burn and will last around 60 hours. So if you use it each night for an hour, it will last about two months, which is great.
Zippo Heatbank 9s - £39.95
This is a great Christmas gift for the young woman who likes to be outdoors in the winter months. The Zippo Heatbank 9s combines a hand warmer with a powerbank, cased in a sleek and ergonomic case which is available in silver, champagne or black. No need to mess with lighter fluid either as this hetabank is rechargeable with the included cable.
It offers 9 hours charge for any tech device that is compatible with a USB but it is worth noting you can't warm hands and charge at the same time, which is a good safety feature. I do love the fact that the handwarmer has adjustable heat settings and at only 5 inches tall and weighing just 5.5 oucnes it is easy to pop in your pocket or bag. Or it has a handstrap you can attach if you like.

Articulate Christmas Game - £12.99
I can't wait to play this game with my family and get into the Christmas mood. I've heard great things about the original Articulate game and I've wanted to play but I think this version will be even better. There are adult and family variations of the game play to allow everyone to be involved, which is great.
The game only takes around 20 minutes and is suitable for those aged 12+ years with 2-8 players. You have to describe Christmas words as quick as you can to score points against the 30 second timer. To add an extra bit of fun, for each word your team got right, you add a piece to your jigsaw and the first to complete the Santa sleigh jigsaw is the winning team.

Modibodi Eco Undies - from £12.95 currently
We received two pairs of Sensual hi-waist bikini knickers for heavy/ overnight use and these retail at £24 each in woman sizes. This is the upper end of the price range, as the price of the knickers adjusts with the absorbency factor and style. I see there are quite a few styles in the sale at the moment and thus I've stated the prices start from £12.95.
I love the idea of these knickers, and it must be such a relief to not have to
wear sanitary protection and know you are fully protected during your period, or if you suffer from a weak bladder or heavy discharge. There is a large range
of colours and styles and I was really pleasantly surprised with how pretty these
knickers are and the material is so soft and beautiful. I'm quite envious that
my girls are getting these and they weren't around when I was a young woman
and really needed them.
There is also a
teen girls range
with smaller sizes and fits (including ones to fit girls who start their
period very early). The styles are aimed at young women and you can also get
period and pee proof swimwear too.

This book is a collection of life hacks, advice, insights, science, stories, short exercises, quotes and more that can help you improve your life. The idea is that everyone has a minute and change doesn't all have to happen at once and be an upward battle. You can read a hack a day (taking just one minute) or pick it up as and when you fancy, but it will hopefully inspire you to change your thinking and be challenged.
I love books like this and I'm hoping that this one will appeal to my daughters as it is such a quick read, with a focus on education, employment and enterprise, I am hoping it will inspire them to live outside the box.

It contains Lavender, Geranium, Eucalyptus and Sweet Orange essential oils, which have a range of benefits such as helping to lower your blood pressure, increase the amount of slow-wave sleep you have (which helps you to wake full of energy), and it also has anti-inflammatory properties.

ASDA Photo Blanket - from £28.00
If you like a classic fleece feel blanket then this one is for you. It comes in a variety of colours and also ways you can have your photos, either a combination like mine or just one larger photo. I went for the 57" X 37" size photo blanket, which is big enough to snuggle with on the sofa and to sit well on a single bed. There are two smaller sizes too.
The photo/s are on one side and the other is a plain colour of your choosing. We went for black as it matches our cat and helped the photos to pop. The material is 285gsm fleece and it is nice and soft, with a traditional stitch around the outer edge, which makes it look hand-finished. Thankfully the blanket is machine washable, so we can keep it hygienic when our cat decides it really is his blanket!!

Love Leggings have quickly established themselves as a market leader of quality leggings for women and girls. It is so nice to find leggings that are high quality and do not break the bank. There are a range of styles, lengths and fits and my girls are always pleased when they get a new pair as they know there will be no embarrassment of ripped seams or threadbare bottoms with their knickers on show!
You have a massive choice of colours and we particularly like the fact there are tall, petite, curve and maternity ranges. We love the sports leggings best and they retail at £28. Miss E has had a pair for well over a year now and they are worn often and still look brand new, there is never any fade on the colours, which is really good too. But one word of warning, do not tumble dry any of them, as they do shrink (as you might expect!).

Little Women DVD - £9.99
I'm really looking forward to watching this new retelling of the classic
Louisa May Alcott story of Little Women. It has a superb cast with Saoirse Ronan, Emma Watson, Florence Pugh, Eliza Scanlen playing the four March sisters, and Timothée Chalamet as their neighbour Laurie, Laura Dern as Marmee, and Meryl Streep as Aunt March. Jo March is now an author and reminisces back to the past and the things her family got up to.

We received the Rose Gold Fountain Pen (£7.81) and Rose Gold maths set with
premium ballpoint pen (£7.50) and when one of my daughters saw them she was
bowled over and fell in love with them straight away, saying "Maths could
almost be fun with that set mum!"
I love Helix Oxford products as you can be sure they are high quality and I
think it is perfect that they have styled these ones to suit a
fashion-conscious consumer. We also really like the Helix Oxford pack of 10

Silver Kikkerland Travel Straw Set - £9.14
This is such a great straw for taking out and about with you. It has been a permanent feature in my handbag for the last couple of months. no more nasty paper straws, I can enjoy my drink using this retractable silver straw, which comes in a case and with a brush for thorough cleaning. The kids are all jealous and want one too!
